Prior to becoming a Certified EOS® Implementer, Wayne ran a thriving $25M business in Hawaii with over 150 people and operations across the major islands. As the President (Integrator), he implemented EOS® throughout the organization. Wayne has run countless L10® meetings, reshaped his leadership team, and truly walked the EOS® talk.

Wayne earned a B.A. in International Business from Queens University of Charlotte and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his family live in Kuala Lumpur. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
