My journey took me from a Fortune 300 giant to a FTSE 100 company to private equity-backed mid-market businesses. From emerging markets across China, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East to mature markets in Europe and North America - and even a CEO role in Hawaii.
Why I Coach
Leadership is lonely, and I love helping high-performing leaders get what they want from their businesses, careers and lives.
Throughout my 25+ year global career I kept finding myself in the same conversations. Smart, capable leaders pulling me aside to talk through the challenges they couldn't discuss with anyone else in their world. The pressure. The isolation. The weight of making life changing decisions.
I realized I had a unique perspective to offer: someone who'd actually walked the path they were on, across different cultures, company sizes, and business contexts.

I've carried it myself as CEO, Managing Director, and a Functional Leader.
I've been the one responsible for a large P&L with thousands of employees. I've built global functions from scratch, launched businesses and joint ventures across Africa. I've survived hostile takeovers, built high-performing teams across cultures, and yes - I've been edged out when the politics went sideways.
I've worked in boardrooms and on job sites. At negotiating tables and in crisis meetings. I've hired, fired, and promoted while being tasked with delivering impossible numbers.

Beyond the Resume
I live in Kuala Lumpur with my wife and daughter. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me traveling with my family to keep my perspective sharp.
I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and am a Certified EOS Implementer, but what matters most is: I genuinely love helping high-performing leaders get what they want from their careers and their lives.
